A. You email us the text, contact names and addresses and we handwrite it for you and post.

Q. How do I pay?

A. Just place your order and we’ll email an electronic invoice to your inbox. Simply click the payment button to pay us. You’re taken to a secure PayPal site to complete the payment using your credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance. You don't need a PayPal account, just an email address.

Q. Is there a word limit?

A. We can handwrite messages of any length, please contact us for a quote.

Q. How do you monitor quality?

A. As we hand write every letter ourselves, We can guarantee the quality of each one. You will receive an email once the mailing has been sent.

Q. Can you write on my stationery?

A. Yes. Just send us your stationery and we’ll handwrite your letters. Get a quote using your own stationery.

Q. Is there any content that you won’t write?

A. If the content supplied by you is found to be illegal, malicious or harmful, Handwritten Letters reserves the right to reject your order.

I agree to allow Handwritten Letters to transcribe my content into a handwritten communication to the specified recipient on my behalf. I agree that there is no deceptive, illegal, malicious or harmful content. In the event that the communication is deemed unsolicited by anyone involved in this transaction, Handwritten Letters will not be held liable for any damages, legal or otherwise, resulting from this letter. I understand that Handwritten Letters reserves the right to reject and refund my order, if the content is found to be deceptive, illegal, malicious or harmful in any way. I understand that the postal service does not offer tracking for First Class stamps and Handwritten Letters will not refund orders after being placed in the mail. I understand that my letter will be postmarked from Devon, U.K.
